Convenience Mixes | The meat industry has suffered various setbacks during the past few years, and the result has been an upsurge in the demand for meat free products. We have invested a great deal of time developing imaginative and tasty products, and our vegetarian convenience mixes have been warmly embraced by the food industry. The following is a summary of some of the products that we have recently launched. Vegetarian Burger and Sausage mixes We have done away with the traditional belief that vegetarian burgers and sausages have to have the texture of a pair of old boots. Our mixes create succulent and attractive end products combined with the imaginative flavours that people have come to expect from FoodBlenders. Flavours available include Cheddar Cheese, Chili, Crispy Fried Onion, Fruity, Hot and Spicy, Red Wine and Mushroom and Stilton Cheese. Pasty mixes Our vegetarian pasty mix and pastry slice range have been successful since we first introduced them in 1998. Simple make up with boiling water, leave to stand for two hours, and fill the pastry as normal. Complete mixes include Cheese and Onion, Leek and Mushroom, Mixed Peppers, Minted Potato, Mild Curry, Mixed Vegetable, Country Herb, Chicken Balti and Cheese and Broccoli. |
