Convenience Mixes | Meat Glazes enhance the appearance, and therefore value, of meat products. Meat glazes add value to all types of meat including beef, chicken, lamb and pork. They improve the eye-appeal of the meat at point of sale and add delicious flavours to the cooked product. Applied to the raw meat, our glazes can be chilled or frozen, adhering for up to a week. Once the meat is cooked the glazes remain intact for the shelf life of the product. Meat Glazes for seasoning Kebabs are available for Traditional and Lamb Kebabs, flavours include Traditional, Sweet and Sour, Hot and Spicy, Chinese, Tandoori, Tikka and Garden Mint.
