Convenience Mixes | We manufacture a large range of convenience mixes for the bakery and catering industries. Please contact us if you have a requirement which is not listed below. Dough mixes More than fifty different types are available, from plain bread dough to exotic fruit or curry flavoured Nan dough. Decorative ingredients are also available - including poppy seeds and sesame seeds - to add the finishing touch to your bakery products. Pizza products Our range includes both pizza base mixes - available in plain or wholemeal - and complete pizza topping mixes. They make up with water and, like all of our products, can be unit packed for even greater convenience. Pizza topping mixes are available with or without cheese, mushrooms, onions, sweetcorn, peppers, tomatoes etc. Soup Mixes Soup mixes are normally manufactured to customers individual requirements. We can manufacture instant, simmer and vending soup mixes. Please contact our Technical department for more information. Quiche Mixes We have a range of quiche mixes which are simply reconstituted with cold water. Please contact our Technical department for specific applications.
